The “Cool” Kids at 13, Then at 23

Maybe it’s like Huey Lewis said and “it’s hip to be square.”  This NYTimes article looks at kids who are considered “cool” when they are 13, then examines their trajectory and where they are 10 years later. Not every “cool” kid will follow the same path, but it’s a cautionary tale for kids who grow up too fast.
