EARLY-MORNING and AFTER-SCHOOL REGISTRATION POLICIES

Registration/Sign-Up
Early-morning and after-school programs are offered to students during the course of three sessions throughout the school year, giving students an opportunity to try out a variety of activities. Each session runs for approximately 10-12 weeks.  Registration opens approximately two weeks prior to the start of each activity session.  Classes are filled on a “first come” basis.

Late Activity Sign-Up
Late sign-up dates are for parents who have missed the sign-up due date and wish to register their child for a program. Registration forms are not accepted between the due date and the late sign-up date.  There is a $10 processing fee per child for late registration forms.  Classes will not be pro-rated in the event of late sign-up. 

Adding, Dropping, Switching Classes

  • Before the start of the activity session, each add, drop, or change is subject to a $10 processing fee.
  • After the start of the activity session but before the Late Sign-Up Day/Change Deadline, each add or change is subject to a $10 processing fee.
  • Dropping an activity is permitted any time throughout the session; however, no refunds or credits will be issued after the start of the activity session, unless the cancellation of activities is due to special circumstances (e.g., a class is developmentally inappropriate for a child, an instructor suggests a child switch, etc.)
  • Classes may not be added or changed after the Late Sign-Up Day/Change Deadline, except in the case of special circumstances.

Teachers, after-school instructors, office staff and administrators make it a priority to know where students are at all times.  Continual changes to a child’s after-school schedule inhibit the school’s ability to ensure a safe and organized after-school environment.  Please respect the above deadlines.  Thank you so much for your cooperation!
