FAQs

­Which activities are being offered this session?
Search activities By Category or By Age Level.  This information is updated daily to reflect any classes which have filled and are no longer available.   
We will also provide hard copy versions of the activities catalog in the bins next to the coffee station.  You are welcome to use them in the school, but please do not take them home.

­Why are some activities more (or less) expensive this session?
Activity and early-morning/after-school fees are based on the number of days the class will meet.  Some sessions are longer than others, so the higher prices reflect the increase in number of classes.  By the same token, Monday and Friday classes will always be cheaper than Tuesday-Thursday classes because most school holidays fall on Mondays and Fridays.

­How do we register?
Forms can be downloaded by clicking on Download Registration Form on the left side of the screen.  Hard copy forms are available in the Main Office.
Forms may be delivered to the front desk, e-mailed, or sent by fax to 773.384.2711.  Please note: we will only accept registration via e-mail if the scanned registration form is attached, with payment information and signature appearing clearly on the form.

­Will we receive confirmation of registration?
We will send you email confirmation that your child’s activity form has been processed and your child has been registered for the requested classes.  If there is a problem with your child’s activity form, you will receive a call from our office within two business days from the date we receive the form. 
Please, please, please keep a copy of the activities you have chosen for your child.  If you wish to confirm your child’s registration, please do so after Friday, February 22. 

­What if we miss the registration deadline?                                                  
If you miss the February 22nd deadline, you may register during Late Sign-up.  Courses will not be prorated for late or mid-session sign-up.  In addition, a $10 late fee will be assessed per late registration form.

­What if we need to change or cancel our after-school schedule?
Changes and cancellations made before the start of the activity session are subject to a $10 processing fee per change/canceled class.
