Note to users using Internet Explorer:

Some people have been having problems accessing the page. If you are running Internet Explorer and have been having issues, try these steps:

1. Go to the Tools section of the Explorer Bar

2. Click Internet Options

3. Click the Security Tab

4. Move the selector bar to Medium security level

5. Reload the page (F5 or the reload button)

After you are done, you may want to reset your security settings to the original level. To do so, follow the same settings as outlines above, but instead of selecting Medium, choose the desired security settings. If you like, you can click the Default Level button to return to the default security level.
