Casa Del Bambini Day Camp for Ages 4 – 5
Long sunny days, sweet lemonade, and watermelon in the park. There is only one thing that could make an already great season even better: summer camp! In Bambini Day Camp, children play indoors and out, delve into exciting arts and crafts projects, mingle with new friends, swim and enjoy engaging in-house events every Thursday.
Casa Del Bambini Day Camp is also open to 3 years old with at least one year completed at NNM.
Explorers Day Camp for Grades 1 – 3
Play, sing, create, run and splash your way through the summer weeks! Design the summer of your dreams as you learn, grow, and make new friends at Day Camp. Trained camp counselors lead the way as you journey through a variety of exciting daily activities and traditional camp activities. Campers do something new each day and have the opportunity to enjoy arts and crafts, sports and games, music and dancing, science and experiments, scavenger hunts and more each week. The Explorers campers are joined by our Specialty campers for a field trip scheduled on each Thursday.
Transition Day Camp for NNM students entering our 3 – 6 community
Children in Transition Day Camp have a chance to meet other 3 year olds, both those new to the school and those moving up to the 3-6 program from the Toddler Community. Activities include playing outdoors, participating in arts and crafts, singing songs, learning games, and helping with food preparation. These opportunities for socialization, exploration and work take place in the context of a Montessori environment thereby allowing new students to become accustomed to the culture of our school and offering a nurturing place for those already familiar with our Toddler Community.
A commitment of at least two consecufive weeks is required for participation.
